Please check your billing statement for how you joined:

TO CANCEL, PLEASE DO SO NO LATER THAN 72 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR REBILL DATE AT THE LATEST. PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL YOUR REBILL DATE TO CANCEL. We ask this to prevent any errors in rebilling. We want to ensure your request is completed in a timely fashion.

In your voice message please speak slowly and clearly and spell your username, your full name, and your order number that appeared on the email receipt that you received when you joined as well as a phone number so that we may call you back. Cancelling your membership via this cancellation form or through email is the preferred method of cancelling so that there is written documentation of the transaction.
